My mom is retiring in a few years. She is looking forward to her new life as she's guaranteed with a proper pension. But some of her friends need to support their elder life on their own.

At the end of last year I got some good news that her friend Cindy started calligraphy tutoring for children. Her friend Anna somehow turned a land property into an Airbnb(with 5 roooooms) for undergrads. I guess it's their decades of years skills or resources that enabled them to quickly succeed as a solo founder.

But both of them kinda need to market their business online and creating a landing page. They cannot afford to look at the computer for a long time but still need an attracting online presence. I introduced traditional low code tool like framer or webflow to them. It's easy to start with a template, but they struggled to customize the styling. To be honest, as a seasoned dev, I'm sometimes confused as well.

My mom is teaching Psychology in school. And one day she asked me was this PowerPoint she's presenting the next day to demonstrate the idea of "mindfulness" clear enough. It clicked that to their age they are still able to operate presentations, adding pictures, videos & rich text etc. I started working on the idea.

I someday demoed my product to my mom's office and her colleagues (psychology teachers) who want to start a therapist career, and they got intrigued. Marketing is crucial to a new therapist, no one trust you at first, so they need a well presented profile without costing too much. And later a local fine dining who only accepts reservations called me to see if I can make an online booking website for them.

Here I am to present slidde.co to you. It's easy to operate, free to start with, and fits your mobile phone automatically (responsive). If you can create a Google slide or PowerPoint, then you are able to operate slidde.co.

If not, finding someone who do shouldn't be hard as well. And they probably won't charge you because it's just making a slide (But please buy them a coffee or dinner!). Think about some agencies who throw you tech jargons you don't even care and trying to charge more.

Our online payment is still being worked on. The annual fee, I guess it will be under $40 if you want to bind your own domain and remove slidde.co branding. But a free slidde.co website is always available with a lof of features included. And you can try them all now. Expect some bugs. Kindly click the feedback button on the navbar and I'll fix them.

Thank you for your attention and cheers.
